Web Developer Anchorage

Looking for a primary .NET developer who knows C# & SQL Server. Candidate will also have experience as a J2EE developer using MySQL with a thorough understanding of the SDLC. Bachelor's degree required in either computer science or MIS. Job to start Mid-August or sooner.

NWDS doesn't seek Web development contractors and you won't sit on the bench between NWDS Web projects. We have in-house projects (C# & SQL Server are the technologies for our in-house projects). We want great software developers as our long-term employees to help support our major in-house projects.

NWDS has an aviation safety management system Web program called SMS Pro - aviation-sms.com. NWDS developers work on these projects or their derivatives when not on other projects.

• Languages/technologies required: C#, Java (J2EE), T-SQL, PL/SQL. Highly desirable PHP
• Must have formal training in database design & development. Web development experience necessary using data-driven Web application frameworks.

Our Anchorage, Alaska Web design & development shop uses SQL Server, Oracle & occasionally MySQL & MS Access. You must know the database tier well, for Web design & development.
